WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?: We are only at the studio by appointment. We generally schedule Headshot sessions on Tuesday & Thursday between the hours of 11-5. Other days are dependent on our schedule. Saturdays require an additional fee.
DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?: No. We are only at the studio location for scheduled appointments, please call in advance to discuss your needs and reserve your session.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?: For Headshots sessions, we accept all major credit cards, however a 6% fee will be added. However, we happily takes checks, cash or payments with Zelle at no additional fee.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?: Because Kellie’s creative time is in such high demand, we ask for a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date as Headshot sessions are limited throughout the week. If for any reason you need to cancel, we ask that your contact us with 24 hours notice as this date and time are reserved on our calendar for you. We will gladly reschedule your session if a cancellation is needed. Any cancellation without 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge, "no shows" will incur a 100% charge.
